Regardless of which service you require, Oakcliff Painting uses only the best products and materials to complete your project.  We work with two to three man crews with a lead painter in each crew.  Crew members are full-time employees and will remain on your project until completion.  All of our employees are uniformed and take great pride in their work.  We carry full workman’s compensation and general liability insurance for your protection.  Please remember, we take no money up front.  Your project must be completed to your complete satisfaction before payment is due.

Below you will find the services we provide along with coordinating details.  If you have any questions regarding any of our services, or would like to request a free estimate, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Oakcliff Painting takes great concern with having your furniture, flooring, or other belongings covered and protected before any work begins.  Minor sheetrock repair and caulking are always done beforehand.  We normally will double coat most interior projects, providing a more rich finish.

The first step to any exterior painting service is pressure washing.  This removes any dirt, mold, or mildew from the surfaces to be painted.  We will then scrape any peeling paint, prime any bare areas, then caulk and putty where necessary.  We use the highest quality acrylic latex gloss coatings and we hand-paint all surfaces to ensure proper coverage and protection.  Only the finest materials are used for any project, but especially for the outside of your home, where durability is a must.

Oakcliff Painting also offers other services including deck re-finishing, wood repair, and door re-finishing.

To re-finish your deck, we will first clean all deck surfaces of any existing finishes to ensure the proper penetration of the new stain.  Floor sanding machines are sometimes used to bring aged decks back to life.  We use only the finest deck coatings available on the market.

Oakcliff Painting has a carpenter on staff to ensure that any necessary wood repair is done properly.  We take time to find out why the wood rot occurred in the first place, and take measures to prevent it from re-occurring.  If available, we use rot proof materials in most applications.

Over time, your exterior doors may need to be re-finished.  Doors are removed, stripped of finishes, and any water stains are removed.  We then re-stain and seal the door with polyurethane.  This service will bring your front doors back to their original beauty and luster.
